Shipping

All ready to ship orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Custom Handmade items will ship out as soon as made please allow 5-7 business days for production, though most likely will ship before this. 

Shipping is Always Free for U.S orders, standard shipping will be used. For expedited shipping additional charges will apply. 

Orders within the U.S. are typically shipped using USPS First Class Mail (typically orders arrive 3-5 business days after shipment).

International orders are typically shipped using USPS. First Class International (international delivery times will vary based on location). If you are not located in the US please contact me via email to place your order as shipping rates are different and must be calculated accordingly.

Returns/Exchanges

Non Custom Items may be returned if unused in original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom Items are non refundable.  Insurance will always be added to every order so if lost or damaged, all must be reported through your shipping route insurance. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.

Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping if the return/exchange is approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, tags attached, free of any scents, and it must also be in the original packaging.
